13 Nov 2009: £150,000 raised after completeing Karma Enduro

Roy and Nigel have just completed Karma Enduro - 2000km of hard driving across southern India through jungle and over the Western Ghat mountains range many times as they weaved in and out of rural India.  Collectively, they raised £150,000 for Unicef and Rainbow Trust!

This particular challenge saw Nigel Watson and Roy Cooper driving a Hindustani Ambassador (as pictured & only 37hp!) across a variety of challenging terrains including the Western Ghat Mountains, Indian Desert, Jungle and the always through the infamous and treacherous Indian road system.

The 2008 Karma Enduro Rally event has just been aired on Sky Sports. Participation in this event raised funds both for the Global Children's Trust and also the Global Enduro Foundation, both of which contribute all monies raised to support charities focus on improving the lives and education of children and their families.

Please read more about their experiences in the blog.
